Are my gadgets not covered under my home insurance??
Most home insurance policies will allow you to include cover for your gadget for an additional premium. There are usually additional costs if you take your laptop outside the boundaries of your home. Often home insurance policies have higher excesses.
Gadget insurance is designed specifically to protect your device. Our policies are tailored to include additional benefits that would not be traditionally covered under a home insurance policy, such as unauthorised data usage.
Can I insure more than one laptop or gadget?
Insurancefair’s multi gadget insurance allows you to insure up to 10 gadgets in one policy. There is a single item limit of £1500 and a maximum sum insured of £5,000.
