They say a dog is a man’s best friend and we know that their health will be very important to you and your family. Although life expectancy and health problems vary by breed and size, you can make sure that your dog is covered should something unfortunate happen with our pet insurance. Our dog insurance policy can cover you whether you have just bought a puppy or have a dog up to the age of 6. You can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but you can make sure that their health is covered with the right pet insurance.

  • Up to £7,000 towards vet fees.
  • Up to £1,000 to cover the costs of kennel fees if you are in hospital for more than 4 days.
  • Up to £1,000 to cover the costs of advertising for a missing pet.
  • Up to £1,000 of cover for alternative and complimentary medicine.
  • Up to £1 million of third liability cover.
  • Ability to pay the vet direct.
  • 4 Levels of cover to choose from.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

At Insurancefair we believe in being transparent with our customers. We have therefore compiled a list of things to be aware of when taking out your dog insurance with us.

  • You are not covered for any existing medical conditions that your pet has had prior to the start of your policy.
  • You would not be covered if your pet has been used for any commercial guard, security or racing.
  • We are unable to provide cover if there has been any previous third party liability claims against your pet.
  • We can not provide cover for dogs under 8 weeks old and over 6 years old at the time of policy inception.
  • We will not cover for any claims arising that could have been prevented by vaccination.
